It definitely does! The more abrasive the better.

Rubbing compounds work well too.

So my headlights are extremely oxidized. Should I use the kit I have for headlights, toothpaste, rubbing compound, or wet sand?

Wet sand and then buff it with a rubbing compound

I'd recommend Meguiars ultimate compound.

winter tires + common sense = good winter driving. awd helps, too.

and by common sense i don't mean driving under the speed limit like a grandma. i mean anticipating deceleration, stops, and turns and adjusting your cornering accordingly.

Back from riding to a meet in GA. Not bad having 90 cars descend onto a single restaurant. Having Tallahassee's fastest car on the drive was kinda fun as well.
