You somehow have more contact patch with the same size tire? ;)
Yessir! Cause I ran crazy camber in rear so th wheels would clear before putting the car on the ground. If you looked under the tire, you see a gap of light between the ground and outside edge

When I get an alignment It should fix my camber issues correct? Is there a reason you said something about camber that I should know?

^ the best I can do there is urethane bushing kit (done) stiffer suspension than stock (got it) and anti-sway bars(got the front, need rear si 13mm bar.)

I've heard it's not always best to go stiffer rear than front, especially on roads and not tracks. I'm sure that my set up will complement itself very well for being a basic upgrade for the style of driving I do, while also retaining the predictable slight honda understeer I'm am most familiar with.

:rolf: I'm glad you like my wheels!!!

im running the SI 26mm front sway and ASR 24mm rear sway and can say that i absolutely love the feel of the car right now. but i still need a rear upper strut setup to lock everything into place.

if your interested i still have my stock EM1 rear sway bar with brackets.....no endlinks though, those are toast.

Oh yeah totally, I don't need the brackets or bushings, just the bar. I'm not running a stiff enough spring rate to need the beefy si front or type r rear.
Whatcha want for it??? I have es brackets and bushings, gonna run heim endlinks cause the f7's are too beefy for stock.

Shouldn't have had much camber at all if you fit the wheels properly. The camber I'm referring to with the new wheels and tires will be caused by the skinnier wheel and being low. That's how the suspension naturally travels. With a skinnier footprint (so to speak) you get more natural camber at the same ride height. Same as when you drop to a smaller width tire you'll get more negative camber because there isn't more tire there to sit on.

getting an alignment won't fix camber issues unless you install a camber kit to adjust it. Caster isn't adjustable on our cars, so just toe angle and camber with a kit will be addressed

^ okay that's fine, I didn't, have an issue with camber before, I have a rear kit and my ride height before only had -1.5 in the front, now I have 7" and 205 tires.

Cleaned the crap outta my wheels and tires, while my brother and buddy threw in his new function form type 1's.

Really? I thought before you were at -1.9 front and -2.3ish rears... Hm.

Well it won't be a tire wear issue as long as the toe is correct. My wheels before we're 6.5" and a 195 tire.

Tire wear can be solved no problem. I'd just prefer the wider setup for any kind of spirited driving.

Gotcha! I should be alright though =) some kanjo guys run the mugen cf-48 14x6.5 +42, but they are wrapped in advan AO48's. and some run Kosei's!!
I'm not gonna race wildly in my car, but I like to build it inspired as closely to that style that I can afford. Plus I commend you on your fitment skills cause that s*** is way harder than it looks.

the kosei's will do you justice. Child has a lot of experience so i second you on commending him for his skills. you shouldn't hve to worry about your camber too much though. I think you are gonna be fine cause you are considerably dropped.
