Yeah, you gotta take em off, sand em down real well, prime em (2 coats), paint em (3 coats), lightly wet sand em, then put 2-3 coats of clear coat on em. Get em all cleaned up and buy some new wiper blades. Ba-Bam

What color should I do guys. I'm not feeling the back yard wrinkle red paint job.

Polish it! =) or wrinkle black like OEM I am a huge sucker for a CLEAN ass untouched OEM valve cover!

I'm planning to get it powder coated I just don't know what color. I was thinking of just getting candy teal again but idk. I really didn't know if it would look good in a red engine bay.

Gold might look kinda cool. Not like gold coated, but a color between like gold and beige. Something like this:

That could be a possibility. I was even considering doing a spoon rep valve cover.

I thought about Spoon yellow for mine, but I wasn't sure how I felt about it with the red. Its hard to find a good color to go with the red.
