i dont get the whole fear of dating coworkers, they are a captive victim lol. i have not had problems doing it, you have to be willing to work with them when you are mad at them, when they are mad at you, or when the thinkable happens and you two break up.... time to be an adult.... it takes a level of maturity to date within the work place, but by no means is it an off limit population of potential dates. i do however think that you have to develop activities outside of the work place, ie camping running, or something, that they hate. you see each other all day at work, no need to go tampon shopping with them at the end of your shift. im dead serious about that, get your own f**king hobby, it will save you. that being said, i do not believe that john has the confidence, nor the ability to date within the work pool. if you like your job/ or just got it, you should not try it because you will eventually loath the place. a pro tip, when with a partner from work, do not talk about work outside of the work place as much as possible, it is poison, chances are you are "under paid and over worked" in your mind and hate and resentment is toxic, it will leach itself into your everyday life. be warned
