Hell yea, I'm glad I live an hour away from the circuit of the Americas. That way I wont have to pay to stay in a hotel, and food is an hour away. All in all hopefully its a good weekend. Can't wait until the F1 Spanish grand prix at catalunya next week.

Get a call at work today, it was an offer to move back to Chicago and work up there instead making better money and have real benefits unlike the BS at current employer.

Although, we have one inside my local Walmart and I saw an employee pick up a drink lid off the FLOOR and put it back on the stack of drink lids. I immediately stopped eating, informed his manager of his wrongdoing and demanded a refund. If he would do something that stupid god knows what he would do in the kitchen... (I understand they prepare the food in front of you but they prep first) so who knows what doesn't get properly sanitized..

May sound like I d**k move but I just don't play about that s***.

After taking my safe mark class and now working with food, it's amazing how much more I think about stuff like that. And it's amazing how much you don't think about it when you don't work with food.

I feel like everyone should knows these things though. If we all did, we'd all be so much more healthy. I mean, imagine someone making a chicken salad. Lets say they cook the chicken in a pan, and then dress their salad by hand, without washing their hands after handling the raw chicken. Total NO! Lol, but if they don't know that they'd be none the wiser.
