Shifter bushings should be here tomorrow. Can't wait to throw the shifter and new bushings in. Not sure where I wanna go next with it. I'm either gonna start saving for my coils so I can put them on when I go to school, or get rims first. I'm not sure. So undecided on what direction I want to take the car. Gotta put my other hatch in eventually so I'll have to find someone to help me with that then.

How about you fix that alternator.

Why were you wanting to change shifters? You know that the LS and GS-R coupe shifters are the same, right?

Make sure you keep your original shifter around. Those cheap short throws break very easily, especially if you use a weighted shift knob.

I hit my cups whenever I shift into second and I wanna see how a short shifter feels.

Ls did not. It came with a dealer option. So yes it is oem, but an added dealer option upon purchase.

You are all over the place with this car I noticed. Instead of slapping random mis matching accessories on, go thru the entire car and replace every little thing needing replaced.
Rob did that and it's damn near immaculate now. He refuses to sell his gsr for less than 7500 now.

And the prices you quoted are not real. The lip alone is $400. Rob is getting it and already has the side skirts. Thank god for his dealer discount and friend with a real cw itr. They swap parts all the time.

Not entirely true. There are tons of LS packages with gold trim that have the LS wing.. hence why it's called an LS wing. It wasn't a dealer option, it was a package (the Limited has gold badging, leather interior, an LS wing, and had the snowflake wheels on it). Also, almost every stock RS I've seen has that wing on it.

Short shifters are nice. I prefer them over stock for daily. As others have said, careful with the cheap ones, though. They snap easily.
