I think it'll be quite difficult to plan this out since we all have lives that are always changing.
People's lives don't change much if they're stable and dedicated...

The main thing that threw it all off was:
- Victor joined the Navy
- Denny is always doing Tours in the Marines and is seldom in America for long. If he is he's catching up with friends/family.
- Anfrey got married
- Joe at the time was recently single and taking advantage of it.
- Alex was under-age and trying to get into a better job and be happy
- John had his contract at his job end and even though he had a job lined up, he was worried about spending money(naturally)
- Connie ...well let's just chalk it up to she has a child and getting away from her daughter is difficult even though she's married

Like I said, Connie is coming down for 4 days, in 15 days. People can meet up, just gotta stay dedicated and have your s**t in line.

...I think a trip to New Orleans would be best ^_^

Sent from your moms house.
Just what I want. To visit a town below sea level that is filthy and poverty ridden. I'll be honest - there aren't many places in America I want to visit. I want to leave this country badly.

EDIT: I can't think of a single place actually that I want to visit in the US.

Kelly's going to come party wif me :woot:

You've never really been to California much, have you?

I would SO be in on this. That would be awesome!
I would be down. Just scheduling with my job would be tough...

And I've been to LA, Anaheim and Ocean Beach, San Diego. Ocean Beach would be the only reason I would move to Cali. I LOVED it there. But I would miss my green trees, rain and mountains too much.

Exactly. I PREFER the weather there, from everything I'm reading/following weather up there. Nice and mild, can get warm, can get super cold, but for the most part it's decently mild.

The life there may be an adjustment for us a bit, as we are NOT artsy-fartsy people at all, and hate it. (what move 2000 miles isn't though?) We aren't super trendy - we definitely dress well and maintain ourselves, but it's more of a sophisticated clean look.
We do however love the outdoors, mild climate, I love the water, we both love seafood, and I primarily am a very frugal, more naturalist person. I'm very green. My work background is thriving in the area, he can pick up work at any Euro or Import dealer, but prefers to work with custom builds. We are overly involved with our dogs and don't want children, so we find Seattle very fitting for us.

And we both HAAAAAAAATE touristy things. We never go w/ the norm and follow tourist traps. We explore the REAL parts of what make up cities, and we embrace it. Hence why I refuse to go to Disney World or something stupid like that. If I go, it'll be for extreme people watching, and I'll be drunk the entire time and prolly get thrown into jail for running my mouth.

Half is artsy fartsy, half is very professional and business-like. s**t, we have Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Boeing, to name a few.... But it's WAY cool to see the weird artsy side of Seattle. I love to embrace it sometimes, aside from my car and business life.

And I love our weather. I really like the rain. We haven't had it really in almost a month (except two days ago overnight) and I almost miss it.

I totally forgot I was underage when that was discussed. That would've been so lame!

LA should be avoided, especially if you don't like touristy s*** (although the nightlife is like nothing else. No, the east coast doesn't compare. Nothing in the states does, really). Anaheim, eh. All it has is Disneyland. I lived 5 minutes from Ocean Beach. It's a tiny, surfer community, but I loved it. I loved San Diego in general, and would move there if I could.
Orange County is my favorite part of Southern California. It's ritzy, and people get butthurt over that, but there's very little crime in most areas, everything is clean, the weather is always great, and there's a s***load to do at all times (just avoid the Orange Crush between 3pm-7pm). If I were to stay here in California, I'd move to Mission Viejo due to it's centralized location. Really, almost anywhere in South County.

The art culture is always something I've been interested in checking out. My folks love Seattle, and have considered retiring there.

Seattle is called The Rainy City for good reason. Gotta love rain to live there, too!

Rob is ALL cars - it's depressing. He goes to tastings with me, he goes to musicals with me, the zoo, science center, planetariums, etc. I like outside activities, sports, and I like ballet, symphonies/orchestras, musicals - theatre.
We both hate art shows, anything art related, neither of us care about photography. I'd rather experience an event, rather than stare at something. I have never taken anything art related in school unless it was mandatory, and while I did well, I found zero enjoyment in it.

There's awesome music, food, film and random festivals here. We have the Pride Parade, HempFest, Sasquatch, Bumbershoot (which I'm SO excited for). There's usually always something to do.

Yayy!!! Someone to go to symphonies with me! I love to go. Same with ballets. I go to the Nutcracker usually every year.

Ugh. Any place tropical/with heat...no thanks.

I want our honeymoon to be to touring Scotland (my family originates there, from the Isles of Hebrides), to Ireland, down to Wales. I want to be all over the UK, and eventually move there.

I'd really like to visit Greece, Rob badly wants Australia (he can go alone, no thanks - I'm not dying from literally anything there), New Zealand is a MAYBE. The Mayan Ruins would be amazing to see despite the tropical weather. Quebec would be fun too.
Rob wants Japan - I'll go but we must learn a lot of the basics of the language if so. I refuse to be a tourist that can't comprehend basics. I'm not ignorant and disrespectful like that.

Well since we're on the topic of travel..

For me, these are the places I really want to go in my lifetime (and I'm legitimately going to try my hardest to go to all of them):

In the US:
Oregon, Washington, New Orleans during Mardi Gras, New York, Alaska.

Europe:
The UK, Amsterdam, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Norway, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Italy, France, Monaco, Greece.

I'd also like to visit Japan, Thailand, China, and maybe Malaysia.

We have an absolutely amazing music scene here too. We are lucky enough to have a lot of major venues here to pull better musicians. We hosted Pride Fest this year and I'm SO MAD I didn't get to go! HempFest..that would be a blast lol.

What are Sasquatch and Bumbershoot? I know what a Sasquatch is, but does it entale? What is Bumbershoot?

I'll hop in here..

I would love to visit Germany and drive on the autobahn. I've always wanted to go to Italy. Jamaica is my ideal honeymoon spot. (A resort), Hawaii, brazil, and... Plenty others lol.

While Kelly wants to stay away from the tropical climate, I LOVE IT

Sasquatch is a massive 3 day hipsterfest concert, but a lot of good bands play. My buddies and I were going to go. No idea what Bumbershoot is.

That's another one I forgot! Jamaica! And the Carribbean in general! Also, Hawaii. My parents have been to all of them, and love them. I'm a big tropics fan as well.

Sasquatch is a music festival over in Eastern Washington. I've never been able to go but I guess it's super fun. It's a lot of different types of artists. Held on Memorial Day weekend.

Bumbershoot is essentially the same thing but it's Labor Day weekend in downtown Seattle underneath the needle. I've gone three years and I will keep going. Lots of different types of music, food, stand-up comedy and just weird s***. I LOVE getting dressed up in my weird Seattle attire, loading up the booze and just enjoy the music. I've had some of my best memories here. You can look it up:

http://bumbershoot.org/

It's really fun to peoplewatch. And it's not just hipster music! I'm not a hipster and I enjoy it. We've had everything from The Offspring to Hall and Oates come play and everything else in between.
