If you have a designated driver make sure you never park close. When the s**t hits the fan and the cops show up you damn sure don't want to get blocked in and busted. College parties always get broken up because people can't keep their mouths shut and end up blabbing to the wrong person.

That's smart....wish I considered that 10 to 15 years ago. I was wasted and my parent's car of all cars got blocked in. I bolted out the back door and into a corn field. There were a lot of others that did too but they sat still and got caught.

Having grown up on a farm I knew to run with the rows and kept going until I came to a road. I got the car the next day. My parents still don't know about that one.

I'm not saying you'll become completely reckless, but trust me...there will be close calls; especially how cops crack down on campus' so hard now. You can thank us old folk for them patrolling so hard.

Phhhh RIT is a dry campus and we had way more issues with the apartments just off campus (not owned by RIT) than the campus-owned apartments. Campo was always chill and would warn you a couple times before getting the po-pon involved. But off campus it was always the po-po the first time around and they'd always clear out the place usually with no warning.

The only place that campo really cracked down on for drinking was in the dorms. Even the Greek life houses were pretty safe unless they had rumors of hazing or hard drugs.

... At my old apartment complex off campus they had their own security guard and he was chill as f**k! He came over to our place after his 2am shift ended and drank with us haha. Even caught my buddy rolling a blunt (no smoking allowed in the apts) and all he said was to close the windows so the neighbors don't see it, and he walked away.
