I remember my first time doing squats haha
Oh yeah.

Jared, just remember, once your muscles get conditioned to these exercises, it's no where near as bad.

I can't go to gym regularly anymore cause of work. I have too much homework so I don't have time to go. However, I have a aerobic cross training class Tuesday and Wednesdays and we do a lot of cardio and medicine ball type exercises. Basically lots of treadmill, bicycle etc. Anyways, our teacher does warm ups such as jumping jacks, pushups, etc. Then after we're done our 30 minute workout, we do stretches and other things. I don't know why I am this sore, probably cause I haven't been able to go to the actual gym since last week.

What is your schedule? Break it down for me please. Day by day, hour by hour. When go to bed, up, classes, work, etc.

I'm curious about your lack of time

I'm juiced. This is actually the same one I had, we broke up for a month or so. We had a long talk about s*** that bothered me and s*** that bothered her and realized it's all fixable, just takes effort. It's been amazing since we've been back together, so I'm confident that we made the right decision
That, sir, is the sign of two adults who respect each other. The ability to communicate and hear one another out is so damned important. Glad to hear you were able to work it out man!

This!!!!!!!!

A million times. If you can get it, I think that would be great on your end!
Dad would prefer it to be local, and he's also arguing the price of insurance will rise. I already looked into it and it only rises 130$ in total.
Dude, you are gonna kick yourself in the ass if you don't do whatever you can to make that trade happen. So long as that car runs as good as it looks, that is a damned STEAL. That thing is super clean, and you'll never find one with that low of mileage (so long as it's original, which it appears to be) again! Jump on it, tell pops it's a smart investment, and a safer, better running car! Then tell him to let you be the grown ass man you are!

So I mentioned a couple days ago that my company was shutting down in Alaska. Well, they want me to stay until the very last day because i've been deemed "mission critical". Sounds cool, but the problem is I make most of my yearly pay from over time. Now that we're shutting down, the OT is extremely limited and that totally BLOWS for me. So while they're talking about transferring me with in the company to just about any place I want to go (Rotating shifts into/out of Africa is my top choice), I came across something pretty cool!

You guys may remember I posted a question about Linkedin about a week ago.. Well, since then I've been blowing up Linkedin and now have over 1000 contacts in the Aviation community. I've been asked to submit my resume with several companies and CEO's of smaller jet and helicopter operations. That's pretty cool but the biggest surprise was this morning. In the whirl wind of adding people with any connection to aviation, I added a "talent acquisition" person from Virgin Galactic. She sent me a quick, "thanks for adding me, are you interested in working for VG?" I was like... UHHHH Work on a freakn' spaceship in Southern California when snow and -40 degrees is around the corner in Alaska??? HELL YEAH! (I didn't say exactly that). So I sent my resume and she asked if I could interview today. SWEET! So I did the interview and 30 minutes after the interview, she emailed me back and asked if I could interview with the main hiring boss man (what ever he's called). I was like DOPPPE!! So tomorrow I have a second interview and if that goes well, they'll fly into Los Angeles and then i'll drive out to Mojave for a face to face. I don't want to get over excited ...

BUT I'M FREAKN' LOSE MY MARBLES OVER HERE!

... sorry, just had to tell someone. I don't have many close friends since I move around so much but over the last year you guys have become my homies i've never had :thumbs up

MAKE time man. I rarely have time, but I make it. You have at least an hour whenever you get home, you just have to dedicate that time to working out.

I've been eating too few calories (1500-1700 daily), so I'm going to jump my caloric intake up to about 2k daily, and go up to 2500 when I start doing cardio/light lifting. s**t has made a big difference in how I fee already. Crazy!
Today should go by quickly at work. I have to go to my office across town to install a new workstation and image it, so I'll kill some time over there.

First let me tell you what my schedule has been the last week. Last week I went to the gym twice, as well as my gym class. I went home for the weekend and came back Sunday. I had time on Sunday and Monday, I just didn't go. Not sure why. My schedule I as follows. Monday and Wednesday I have drivetrain class from 9-2 and first year experience from 3-4. Tuesday and Thursday I have aerobic cross training from 8-9, drivetrain from 9:30-2, and technical algebra from 2-3:30. Friday I have drivetrain from 9-2. I am going home tomorrow night after my math class and will be there till Monday due to not having any classes Friday and Monday and I have some things to take care of as well as do a brake job on my car.

I started work last night, and since I can only work evenings, my schedule will be 5-9. This week I work yesterday and tonight. I have a lot of homework to get done tonight so I don't be able to go to the gym. I'm hoping tomorrow I can stop by before I go home and get a small workout in. My schedule next week I am working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5-9 so depending on my homework, ill have Monday and Friday to go to the gym. I appreciate whatever suggestions you have. After this week, I may not go home for awhile. I'm running low on cash and decided that my car needs more attention than going home. So ill have the weekends open as well. Depending on how my studies stack up, I may not work much or try and change my schedule around so I have more open time.

I tend to go to bed around 11-12ish and get roughly 7-8 hours of sleep.

I think if I buckle down and tell him that I'll pay like half of the insurance if not all he'll let me do it.

Oh hell yeah! But I'm not counting on anything just yet. I have a feeling the interview isn't going to be a walk in the park. About 3 years ago I interviewed for a company building drone's out there in Mojave who was looking for someone in the avionics industry. I didn't even make it to the interview! I failed the pre-interview so hard my head was spinning. They asked the most intense questions not even the guy who created drones would know! So.. I'm still getting over that and it played over and over again in my mind last night :(

Interview is at 2 PST today so... Wish me luck! I know they want the position filled ASAP so if all goes well today, i'm guessing they'll want me on a plane by the weekend.
