What?! Mine is 64.50 and my inspection is 14.50.
we don't have inspection here either, or smog, or anything like that. You buy the sticker, and you drive your car for another year

That's cheap. Lucky.
Yeah I like where I'm at. I wouldn't mind being a little further out though. My friend lives about an hour east of me and has about sixteen acres of land so we can shoot whatever we want, blow s**t up, etc. THAT is what I want. There are obviously no emissions or inspections out there either

Where are you at again?

I forget how much I paid for my car. It was like $120 for title, tags, and plate transfer

$42 tabs. In MN plates stay with car. Otherwise $60 for plates when I bought the del Sol from WI. We don't have any emmisions or any of that crap. I could never live in a state that had it.

Figured y'all were talking about inspections and all that, not just a little sticker with two numbers on it.

Eh, at least the hurricanes you have a couple weeks to prepare for.
That's what sucked about living in Illinois, no warning for a tornado.

Have yet to evac for a storm, think the highest we stayed through was a cat 3 or 4, whatever Katrina & Wilma were

I was a little kid on vacation in panama one year and remember the whole city being on lockdown from some hurricane/tropical storm. We watched it from our hotel room. Was intense.

Don't get me wrong though I love Florida. Definitely one of my favorite places. I still need to make it out to Miami one day.

Freezing rain last night. People all in the ditch on the way to work... Probably the last few waiting to put snow/ice tires on. Lots of trucks too. Noobs that don't know 4wd doesn't mean you still don't need weight in the back. LOL

It wasn't posted to scare you in any way. I was just posting it to say that you need to fight for it if it is Audi Care cause it's the s***. If not then it is just a normal extended warranty. I also didn't know that you couldn't transfer Audi Care if not at Audi.
Okay, no prob! I just kept hearing conflicting info on these cars. I did my research, and from what I gather, they are great, reliable cars. No real issues aside from things that were addressed with recalls etc.
I won't be getting a warranty, save 1k miles and a 7 day exchange. Let's hope there's no major issues lol. I'll be taking it to a mechanic (since I'm unfamiliar with Audi) for an inspection when I get it tomorrow.

I've sold all of my furniture. Couches, rugs, tables, bed, dressers, flat screen... all of it. My last car for sale (besides the two DD's we're using now) should be picked up on Friday too. Now we're all sitting on lawn furniture in the living room watching movies/TV on our ipads waiting for a moving truck to come get all that's left. I'm still shocked there's no snow on the ground! I just want to be out of here so bad before it gets to 0 degrees and it looks like that might happen! Family has flights booked for the 23rd and i'll be around the same.... Almost there!!!!!!

CALIFORNIA HERE I COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOME! :thumbs up
WOO HOO!!! That was fast, man!

Finally got my taxes paid and my license plate ordered for the z. Ended with a $608 bill at the dmv, good thing I expected higher. Got a barber motor speedway tag that will say 0HN0Z

That's one thing that I'm curious about.. wonder how much it'll cost for registration on this car haha. I'm assuming quite a bit, but no biggie. I have money set aside.

Nice

Sucks about the dmv bill. I've been REALLY considering a g35 (so called luxury z).
DO IT! I was looking at a G before I bought my Audi. The G was too guido for me, though (lowered, on 20's, super tucked, all murdered out etc.)..

Easy day today and tomorrow at my office. Boss is out for the rest of the week, so it will be smooth sailing. Have to drive to my secondary office soon to set up two new workstations, and that's really all that's on the agenda (as far as projects). Love days like this sometimes!

Around $500 of that total was for state sales tax. Since I bought it out of state the alabama sales tax had to come out of pocket. The actual registration cost wasn't too much

Ahh that makes sense. I'm assuming about $300 for registration for me. I'd be stoked if it was $300 actually lol.
