What he said :rolf:

The mounting points are threaded metal mounts for the mirror and the base plate, they are solid.

Oh my bad, the DX wing, just the mirror housings not the bases, and my rear bumper and both rocker panels are getting redone. I can't wait!

I'm going to let them cure in the basement before installing everything, it's like 15-20 degrees at night in the garage. I'll install them problably when I get coilovers and wheels with my tax return.

No, I have a friend painting them at a body shop in exchange for detailing his wife's car. Lol

Hey man if you don't mind me asking i really liked those wheels, but it is hard to find a credible site that won't scam you, can you tell me where you go those rims? i really liked that look you had at first it made the civic look more mean and tougher, you know? haha i have an integra and i want a look like that.

Oh man, they are everywhere. I'm actually going to get another set in full machined finish. Just go to ebay and search the wheels size and bolt pattern (15x8 4x100) and hit search =)

Thanks man! I'm so excited. I think I'm just going to go with another set of kosei k1 again with tax return. But if I can save enough between now and then, do you think it would be worth getting Advan ad08r or should I just get S drives again?

If you're picking up the same wheels, get the ad08r on them so you have each to use. The advan are a bit more aggressive, which could be fun

Unless for some reason you're wanting to stick to the brand, there are equally-to-better performing tires for cheaper than the ad08r's.

Toyo R1r, Dunlop Z2, Bridgestone RE11A, and BFgoodrich Rival are all about $45-$80 cheaper(per set) in a 205/50R15 and are all just as capable performance wise for any aggressive street use or non-competitive autox(some are better, some aren't for all out competition autox. Just car, setup and driver dependent). Yokohama's always tend to be on the expensive side for no real good reason..

As far as comparing the ad08r's to the s.drive, the ad08r's will far out perform the s.drives but they also cost a lot more and will have a much shorter life.

Awesome, thank you very much for the info. I do like the RE-11 tires, I may try the out instead =)
