If you just want to shape up and maintain, go like 3 days a week, for maybe an hour. Eating is most important, though. Eat clean, eat healthy, and eat smaller portions, more times a day! Also, yoga is amazing. And I love when women wear yoga pantsSee that's what I was thinking, but I don't have a specific "goal" in mind. I just want to be healthy and toned, but I don't have a weight or size goal necessarily. But I also do about 15 minutes of cardio before every workout. I also need to do yoga.... I need to strengthen, be more balanced and flexible...
