slips are a nice pick up. but for better traction in case your car decides to fishtail or lose control, always install the tires with the most tread in the rear.

I know. I just feel better with them up front. So far this winter I've had to slam on my brakes more than once due to other drivers not paying attention and your brakes are only as good as your tires so. But I'll have new tires later this week.

haha when its snowing here i drive so focused since we barely get snow here and I do not trust other drivers here because they can barely drive in the rain that we get 300 days a year.
as long as you're comfortable though that's what matters

How ironic that my car fishtailed this morning. I'm gonna speed up the new tire process lol.

Yea I'm looking into tires as we speck. I can get S.drives in a 195/50 for about $75 a piece or I can get 205/50 Neo gens for around $81. I've been on the fence about these two tires for months. The S.drives are a summer tire vs the all season Nitto's which are a little less sticky. These will have daily duty for a while until I get another set of wheels. My main concern is how they perform in cold wet conditions since it is still winter and it's not going to be over for a few weeks. But either will do better then the bald 912's I have on the slips now.

Ordered some 205/50r15 Nitto Neo gen. I'm going to try the S.Drives out this summer when I pick up another set of wheels maybe some RPF1's.

Ordered what should be the last few parts I need for the rear brakes and suspension. Just waiting till we get some warmer weather and better roads to install it on the car. I should have the tires mounted this weekend hopefully if I can find time around my work schedule.

Got the tires mounted today.

Also got my trailing arm bushing

Picked up a polish Benen Tie Bar BNIB for $80. A friend of a friend ordered it but didn't realize it was for the EK chassis and he has DC.
