Bought the same size/grade bolt for mine at a fastener store for like >3 bucks...

these are listed for 6th gen civics, but there is no way your integra uses different bolt sizes

Front LCA Bolts:

Subframe flange bolt: 14x1.5mm
Bushing bracket flange bolt: 14x1.5mm
Bushing nut: 14x1.5mm
Shock fork lower bolt: 12x1.25mm
Shock fork upper bolt: 10x1.25mm
Swaybar endlink nuts: 8x1.25mm
Swaybar bushing bolts: 8x1.25mm

Yeah you said rear bolts, I don't feel like chasing down sizes. You probably already know it anyway.......

Just barely ordered a subwoofer, antennae block off plate, and some stupid sticker bomb lanyard for my work id. My Jeep lanyard just is a lie now that i drive a honda lol.

$40k on a second hand GTR would have you sitting at a $150 or so friggin car payment. You know how sick that would be? If I can unload the A4 for like $15k, I'll save an extra $10k and have $25k toward it. Should put me at a comfortable payment.

That's a decent down payment, lol. you'd be left with a car payment for a new accord sitting in a gtr.

But I'm not a fan of gtr, like a fat pig of a car. Things are massive and paddle shifting is gay. I'd buy a new m3 first or r8

Get in that M3 or R8, I'll throw a couple of bolt-ons onto the GTR, have it tuned, run 110 octane, and spank you like no other. And you know it! They are big cars, but they are super car killers at a fraction of the cost. I want. Bad.

I think I'm depressed lately. I just don't feel good (mentally) at all.
Get your head in the game, doll. Take yourself to the gym. That usually helps me a lot.

Orange County this weekend, debating on going to the Griffith Observatory in LA tonight. Need to bring a chick there, though. So glad it's Friday.

yeah i'm at 171, i wouldn't mind being back in the 150-160's. i have a feeling if i did cardio again i'd just pass out and die lol

I'm doing HIIT cardio every other day right now, for about 10-15 minutes. It's brutal and killing me, but it's paying off.

man, i been slacking on my cardio. I have to keep it up because im the type that loves to eat and gains weight fast. Im 175 right now. But i've been lifting 3 times a week. I like to jog for about a hour, on the elliptical though, i was burining about 600 cal and doing about 5.5 miles

HIIT is the way to go. Cut from about 202lbs to 175lbs from doing HIIT once a week, and lifting 4-5 days a week. I'll never run on a treadmill again lol

i think the wife has zumba for kinnect i could crank that up to 11, but i'd look pretty silly attempting it. lol

HIIT is awesome. I'd like to become a distance runner (mainly to trump the long distance girl that f**ked with my head/heart. We're still friends, she's in insane shape and thinks she's a badass. Would love to outshine her just to be a d**k lol). It's rough as hell, but I'll work up to it.

This day is dragging ass worse than a prolapsed chihuahua with worms :/
