Things always work out in the end! Optimism and keeping your head up are key, I agree.
I had an interview with Blizzard Entertainment yesterday for a Windows Systems Admin. It went really, really well, and if I get this job, it's life-changing.. I'll end up moving to Orange County, make more than double my current pay, and will finally feel like I'm achieving something haha.
I had to follow one of those things for an hour yesterday at my commute. Not sure why you dig em, they're mega old people cars! Couldn't see your cute ass driving one around haha.Found a black CC for $15992.... in Northern Cali

Hoping good things come from this Blizzard opportunity. This company has taken advantage of me far too long. It would be nice to make them understand that's not okay by leaving lol.
Dont wanna burst ur bubble but it never hurts a company when somebody leaves. U are replaceable and probably cheaper than what u r making now.
It wont make a hill of beans to them.

When you're in IT, you can choose the amount of pain you want to inflict when you leave, but I think there may be legal issues there, not sure... (also don't know what you're doing currently)
I moved to CT for greener grass and left everything I had worked hard for in my life outside of work, behind. Worst mistake of my life. I moved back and planted my roots firmly and told the gf if she thinks of moving again, it's without me. FTS!

In a large scale situation, yes. But I work for a medium-sized family owned operation. I'm the ONLY IT person for 4 different companies. No one else in any of the companies has any idea how to do my job daily. If I were to up and leave, I don't know what they'd do. There's no manual, no SOP, no guides to do what I do. I had to learn as I go. I've yet to devise an SOP.

Oh I agree. It can be bad news bears if I want it to be.. all I'd have to do is change the passwords to EVERY admin account and there would be nothing anyone could do. No legal implications could tie me to it haha.
That's drastic. I'd only be moving an hour and 10 minutes away, plus lots of my friends are down there. My family already lives in Colorado, all of my closest friends have moved out of state, and there is no potential for a career in my town. I'll be commuting an hour and 10 minutes until I get a place down there, but it's still relatively close to where I live now, so not a big deal.

First day "off" in a long while.
Spent the morning paying bills and then had to run to the supply store for the wife for hair clips for her work.
Then grabbed starbucks and came home to change. Then ran to work to fill out more bullshit paperwork for my wrist.
Then grabbed lunch and came home and loaded the trailer to take scrap metal to the scrap yard. Waiting on my brother to help as i type this.
Then get beer and chill. Need to figure out y the mazda shut off on me the other day and wont start now.

I can see what he has left but he shipped a lot or it was for me. I can get stuff too though through his vendors. All his stuffs expensive but definitely worth it. The wheel cleaner is one of my favorites, spray on and rinse off and they are clean
Only time it was ever cut before was when I first got it before winter. I never did it myself since I wanted to have him teach me some things first. And I only did the hood so far
