People hang out at gas stations around here also, but we have Wawa's, like, everywhere. There's 3 within 5 minutes of my house. They're full on deli / convenience stores and are usually really clean (Maybe because they're newer?) so the crowds are generally about the same (clean, I guess...

Dude, why don't you get a Chrysler 300 for your car when you do real estate. You had mentioned wanting something nice to chauffeur clients around to show houses. The 300 is affordable luxury. But I guess if you're wanting to get into high end real estate, you'll need a higher status car.
I've driven a few of them and they are decently luxurious, and they haul when you want them to, but it's a Chrysler and also, it feels way too boatish compared to newer full size sedans. Not sure about the SRT-8 though, not as easy to drive around for fun hahaha
Never really been a fan of the 300, on top of so many of them around pretending they're Bentley's. Top of the line Tesla and CLS63 AMG are right about same price, assuming I go new. But those RR Ghosts are growing on me
And Miami is all about image, except I like all 3 of those so lucky me. We've had a guy recently that missed a listing opportunity because the lady took one look at his car then said 'no thanks' and closed the door. Lol doesn't work that way. At least not here. We charge for both. Unless you bought the used one from them, why should it be their problem? You can buy a new one and get the guarantee that it would work or take a chance with the used one, but we would still charge either way.
We get it all the time. People buy used s**t or ebay/flea market aftermarket crap and still want the guarantee from us.
Every time I hear you mention fried chicken I am immediately saddened by the fact that you don't have a Zaxbys near you. Chikfila is better, but Zaxbys is great too.
