    The upstream sensor is on the manifold, the downstream sensor is on or behind the catalytic converter.

    :wstupid: 46k for a 2002 is solid and if a good condition would still be a solid commuter keeping it as is.. But if you planned on buying a car to mod it out a bit, I wouldn't recommend it.

    I would not do that. Not worth the hassle. It's not a simple bolt in. New mounts, fuel lines, etc etc. Not worth it for a D16.
