This rule is in place for multiple reasons, really. 1 - to prevent scammer. 2 - to encourage activity within the forums and Civic community. Without this rule in place, users come here to sell parts and nothing else (as you are). That's what Craigslist is for.

Yep, when I turbo'd my car, I went with a 3" eBay special exhaust with the intentions of using a Vibrant muffler. The eBay muffler was surprisingly quiet and not raspy at all with the turbo on. I ended up keeping it and returned the Vibrant muffler. and oh hey! :hi:

Nope, it wouldn't even work. An intercooler would go between the throttle body and turbo. Air going from the turbo to the throttle body gets cooled by the IC as it passes. You don't have a turbo, so the intercooler has nowhere to hook up to. You could put an air filter where an intercooler...

Stock exhaust is your best bet. No aftermarket cat backs will be as quiet as that. You could also just get a muffler such as the RSX Type S muffler.

Head to any tire shop or local mechanic that services wheels, and have them re-balanced. Should be pretty cheap.

Easily doable. Look into Go-Autoworks kits. Add in an extra $500 (at least) for getting it tuned somewhere. Add in extra $ for extra parts that are not included in most kits, such as a higher lph fuel pump, bigger injectors, better radiator, etc. If they're old, replace the timing belt and water...
