Get rid of the stock motor if you want real power. I would recommend a B-series swap and then turbo it. That should fit in your budget. VERY fun to drive. Ask me how I know :lol:

It will be compatible, but, unless your current motor isn't operating properly, swapping a motor into an automatic isn't worth it. I would recommend doing an automatic to manual swap first. If you don't know how to drive stick, learn it. ;)

I wouldn't bother. You won't get much out of just replacing the cams alone. Generally to do it right you'll need to upgrade springs, retainers, etc. And a tune to get the most power out of it.
