Next time you get the CEL, get a code reader and see what it says. That's probably the best way to figure out the source of the problem, rather than just checking and guessing.

Congrats mang. Chipotle is the tits. Had it couple weeks a go, the guy had to double wrap my burrito because it was the size of a small baby.

Rattle sound could actually be the heatshield. VERY common issue. Remove it and see if that noise goes away.

Bring it back to the shop. Just be very nice and request that they fix the seals at no cost to you. Valve cover gasket is easy to replace but I can imagine the main rear seal is a PITA.

First step is definitely check what HeX mentioned... are you low on oil? Careful with seafoam, it can cause overheating (and kills o2 sensors). I actually think it's a factor as to why my old D-series engine blew years ago. Sometimes sludge / carbon build up keeps seals and gaskets in place...

Intake or exhaust? You could try jbweld if it's a small hole. If it's rusted or cracked I would replace it. Not sure if jbweld would hold for exhaust manifold temps, but there's probably something equivalent.

Mine did the same thing. It was a replica. I learned to live with it lol

Merged your threads since they were both pretty much the same thing. If you plan on boosting it you pretty much have to go ODBI to get it tuned. Anyways, you should just be able to get the ODB2b -> ODB2a conversion harness and be good to go. Reuse the ECU from the crashed car since you know it...
