Blue light low temp sensor on 3 mins?

Well, there's a chance that the dealer or someone else before you drove it around or test drove it before you did. Can't explain the first two weeks. If you're that worried, you only got it 3 weeks ago... call the dealership ;)

I'm over in California until Wednesday on a work trip doing a server migration... it's colder here than it is in Rochester... wtf! But I have a company card and my hotel is walking distance to a Hooters. I don't remember my walk back to the hotel last night, nor going to bed, but I woke up and...

Blue light low temp sensor on 3 mins?

:welcome: to ClubCivic! Are you sure the low temp light never came on before? I think you just never noticed it, to be honest. See attached image. It's normal, and it makes sense -- when the car is first turned on the engine is cold, hence that light popping up. My buddy has a 2012 EX and his...

Thanks! I'm sure the beer there still costs money at the zoo here.. This IS NY after all haha. They charge you $1 per license plate when you turn them in. I "lost" them last time.

O2 sensors go out at same time?

You might have a sensor starting to go bad then. If it comes back I would look into a replacement. But if not.... :thumbs up

I'm excited! Never been before, though they do this multiple times every year. The last time we tried to go my dumbass ex forgot her ID. By the time we went back to get it, they wouldn't let anyone else in.

Help with 97 Civic EX manual

Clutches have a break in period, aka drive like a granny for 300-500 miles or so lol. The purpose is to engage/disengage the clutch smoothly to get the friction pads to seat properly for the flywheel and pressure plate. You can check for hotspots by taking it apart and inspecting the flywheel...

Help with 97 Civic EX manual

It sounds like the clutch is constantly slipping, so when it's engaged it's not causing friction between the two plates as it should. As such, the RPMs won't drop, so the car won't stall. Did your flywheel have a lot of hot spots on it? If so that can surely cause slipping. It's recommended to...

Help with 97 Civic EX manual

Sounds like a bad clutch or clutch component to me. Did you replace just the clutch or get a clutch kit? Something in there isn't right.

Finally cleaned the car after putting down 1100 miles the past 2 weekends. Now at work, then golf after work if the weather holds up.

    95' Civic Engine Sputtering

Yeah, if you haven't already, I would recommend doing a tune up. Also, if the car runs fine from a cold start but appears sluggish once warm, this can point to an o2/cat issue.
