    What Really Grinds Your Gears?!?

Yep. It was nice haha. That would have been nice! Or, the woman at the Town Court could have just been nice. I did inform her as I walked that the woman I spoke with previously was much nicer that her. She probably deals with assclowns all day so I can see why she's hardened, but oh well.

    What Really Grinds Your Gears?!?

With this new site, it integrates with facebook, therefore using that persons profile picture. They probably didn't upload it after registration. I am going to take selfies and post them daily and tag you in each one now though. Also, LOL at Priuses! :rolf: Heere we go: 1. Spent months...

    swaps??

Put it this way... I had to wire up a vtec light - that was the only way I could tell vtec was engaging because I couldn't feel it. :what: The ONLY noticeable difference for me was going up a hill... it didn't suck as bad

    swaps??

^ Yep. I did a mini-me swap, and it left me unsatisfied. Vtec on D-series motors is a let down. I swapped to a non-vtec B18, but was much better than the mini-me.

    Civic HX airbox replacement?

From the limited details provided, if we assume you have a stock Y5 motor - yes. Y8 and Y5 setups are pretty similar. Manifold, TB, intake, fuel rail etc are all interchangeable for those. Our of curiosity, why remove the K&N intake? Those are some of the better ones out on the market.

    First oil change

just to clarify... 5. When you buy a new car, change your oil at 3,000 miles to remove metal particles from the engine break-in process. There might be a grain of truth to this, according to the experts at Blackstone. Oil samples from engines during the first 3,000 miles of driving show...

    **Official CC Gun Thread**

I know next to nothing about guns so there's going to be a steep learning curve but it's alright.. I'm excited. I've shot plenty before as most of my buddies shoot but I couldn't tell you how to clean one, etc. We shot 10lbs of Tannerite at my buddies bachelor party. There was a large...

What are you doing / did you do today / CHAT THREAD

Yup, I removed the tint on the Civic last summer. Not doing it in sub zero temps though. As of right now, it's 5 degrees (feels like is -13). It was -6 feels like -30 when I woke up this morning haha. I don't have a garage either, so I don't mind paying a little $ to retain my limbs. :lol...

What are you doing / did you do today / CHAT THREAD

Righttt. But I just called Ziebart. They work like car salesmen, they start off with high prices, but they're very personable and easy to talk to, and you can reason with them. He offered me $60 to remove the tint, then $60 to have them re-tinted after I get the ticket signed off  I talked...

Left work yesterday, got about a mile down the road (I live less than 3 miles from work), passed a cop driving the opposite way from me, then suddenly whip it around, so I knew I was in for it..... I actually completely forgot to get my car inspected... in December.  He also got...

Where do I start? 97 Honda Civic Hatchback Cxi

You listed a 3" exhaust with a 2.5" cat... that cat is going to restrict the exhaust. Also, 3" piping is pretty big for N/A. When you turbo your car, you remove the air intake. Purchasing one and then boosting the car in the future would render the intake useless. Like Bhikku said, you need a...
