I am just curious on how well 18's fit on civics? Do they rub much or not? Cuz I have seen alot of 18's that I am really thinking about purchasing but do not kno how they'll fit.

ive seen it done but it looks kinda weird, you will most likely have to roll your fender wells if you plan on dropping ur car any...

My car is already dropped with Neuspeed sport springs but I am looking at the coilover option real soon..I really like the RacingHart CR's but the lowest size is 18's

i seen many civics on 18s, but most people recommended it for daily driving due to low profile tires and it will give you a high risk of the rims getting bent. bent rims are expensive to fix. plus resale value for 18s for 4x100 lugs are not good. couple months ago, some guy was trying to sell some near new 18s volks te37 for about 3 months, he had a hard time selling it. he even drop the price down to i think it was 1,100 and it still took a month for the sale. 18s volks with tires are atleast 2500, and he had to sell it for less then half.

ive seen one civic with 18s on it...you gotta run some really low profile tires to keep it close to the same size as your stock tires diameter wise...i think you have to run 35 series on it...that means don't hit potholes or you are f**ked

not tryin to take over the thread but would 17s fit fine? and still have room to drop and be able to turn and hit some bumps?

there is a guy at my school with em... there nice rims but there way to big and he says they rub all the time, and i think there size makes em look goofy, especially with the stock brakes

I have 18's. They fit pretty nice if you have a body kit on. Otherwise im not sure if they look good. Yes and if you get them watch out for potholes, I already have one bent.

It completely depends on you and your car, you can always go with a wider 17 for better grip but the 18's IMO would be entirely too big and would not have the effect I believe your looking for.

you street drive any car with low profile tires you run the risk of bending the rims ... thats why im stayin on the stock 15's cause i got plenty of sidewall to work with. Plus they almost tuck now, so if i got 17;s id have to roll fenders for sure.

i think u should go with 17's even if it takes longer to find ones u like because 18's will look goofy and u nkow ur going to hit a pot hole sooner or later .
