i dun see nuthin wrong with boostin d series, instead thats a bad ass ride bro, i like it good job, bout the d series havent u seen the crx with a boosted d series engine with a home made turbo thats running low 12's high 11's on the honda tuning magazine tech articles.
even though myself got a b16a, itll be ready tom. yeeeea

indeed nothing wrong with a turbo'ed D16 engine! ;)

I'm also driving a D16 with a GReddy turbo kit, but only @ 0,4 bar (=5.8 PSI), peaks to 0,5 bar (=7.2 PSI)

What are you going to do to go to 12 or more PSI?
That's in my mind too, In about 1,5 year maybe. Rebuidling the engine, so it's bullet proof and runs 1,0 bar (=14 PSI). I want it to run very reliable, it's daily driven.


One more thing, some people suggest to swap to a B16A2 engine. This costs a lot, you have to replace the main wiring. Also The turbo'ed D16 is faster then placing a B16. Of course a B16 gives more upgrade options. But then a turbo for a B16 is more expensive. So when you have to choose and only few milage on the D16.....
I was planning to swap to a B16, but now drive a turbo'ed D16.
