if that, even the best header hytech has dynod at best adding 20hp with cams intake and v-afc to support it and that goes for like a f**ken grand. Still getting that crx carbon?

you dont boost all the time, trust me. not like all the cars thta come with turbo boost all the time...

obviously not. when im driving around town with my friends boosted eg si.....i dnot see boost unless i WANT to see boost.

actually with what he is talking about he will se boost all the time nimrods, he wants to super charge his car, and if u dont know thats constant boost. YAY we can think

you were all talking about not wanting all that power.....230....that is seriously nothing. and having a car turbo'd is a sweet ass rush sometimes (mine is not TC but i have been in a mustang recently that was) its just flat out fun, who cares about the "minor damage" the point is ya had a good time while doin it , thats how i see it. shits always going to break no matter how much you baby something.

It may not be alot of power but it will feel like it, 230 in a civic is a easy 13 sec car.

keep those comments to your self noob. full boost doesnt hit on a super charger till max rpm is hit. so your partially wrong anyway. So that means the majority of the time the boost is there but is so minimal it isnt doing anything.

230 can get you in to the 13s, assuming you can A) drive, which most people cant, and B) get the power to the ground.

230 will get you in the 13's even if you cant drive, but you will definitly need some traction

You can launch like s**t and when that thing spools your still going to fly 230 in say a 91 si no matter what your gong to be in the 13's unless the motor blows.

For all you that doubt, yes, I have driven (and quite often) a boosted car (91 RX-7 Turbo2 with a stage-2 drag kit) and I know that a turbo doesn't boost all the time (duh). And as far as 230 not being that much, you're right, it isn't. I just don't need to be pushing 230 on a daily basis. Guess I've just kind of outgrown the need..... But hey, think whatever you want.

you could always just not use the 8 everyday and save it for the track, and have a daily setup versus strip, you would still have the fun. you might have to work of course changing them out but it solves your problem. 8)

even in a sc car you wont boost ALL the time.

i had this same prob tell i just said f**k it and put wet noz on my car and it dont f**k nothing up and it's a extra 125 hp so i'm not even trip'n.
