i had just purchased a home... had no transportation to work.. and literally could not wait any longer to get the car running.. some people have an infinite amount of money to do things.. i did not have that luxury.. and while its just another $100 to you.. it was $100 i didnt have..

as far as your pity.. its not needed.. and it was not asked for..

If you can't afford all the parts you can't afford to swap your motor. It's that simple, I know logic sound reasoning and all evade you.

So really you took something you need your daily driver and had to play with it and couldn't afford to do so and broke a need for a want.

i doubt ill build the head... im honestly over it.. i will throw a timing belt on it.. if the head is damaged ill replace it.. its really not a big deal... the focus has now become a domestic project..... ive already been out looking at some rollers..

Wasn't a bad investment. Harley is a american legend. I just don't want to be paying for it when I got a kiddo on the way and a new house to worry about not wanting to charge anything and pay cash for all the updating of the new house.
