just go to MegaSquirt 1 V3.0 you can tune it without a tuner, and there are many preople now saying f**k ecus.....thats what im doing....and the whole kit is like 200 bucks...for you it would be more for the MAP that can handle your boost....but still...way better and you can download fuel/ignition curves from the web, transfer them to your MS, and try it, if you dont like it you can "retune" it and then try again. we are doin that on my buddies datsun L20 with itbs. dont even need a MAF, just a TPS and a MAP sensor, run a vaccum log and then get some more parts...not very hard to do really...but just takes time to tune
it dosent tune itself, still need to tune it.

hmm....the guy that built the motor told me the cams were a half a tooth off when he lined them up....he said he couldnt get them to line up he could only get it a half a tooth off each way.....
well actually, after you upload a fuel/ignition map to it(depending on what ecu's maps u want to use) its pretty much tuned. all you have to do is adjust the curves to what you want. its pretty cool...i dowdloaded the tuner file, and they give you a link to a "fake engine" and you cna learn to tune on that....
wtf? come on now....i can bet that you can get them to line up, he just wasnt trying hard enough.....but that s**t can wack out your motor man
dude. you need to take a couple hours, take a step back and look at your life and the people you associate with and trust. you are making some serious mistakes here.
i had the same problem with my GSR build. the person who did the machine work said it was normal because the head was milled. but i KNEW that couldnt be right. messed with it for like two days while i was making my wiring harness and sure enough, i got it. you gotta get that right and then never talk to these clowns again.

well once i decide to run a bigger turbo and injectors and get dyno tuned this is teh turbo i plan on getting....i know its cheap.....but it should do the job for the time being....

i dont drive it at all....atleast not until i can get it tuned better^^^^
.....and green i was looking at the bigger turbo's but all the big ones are like 500-1000$......s**t i could buy like 4 of those ebay turbos b4 i can get a nice one....i man as well just run a cheap one until it blows maybe by that time i can save for a quality turbo

I wouldnt recommend getting a cheaper turbo.. You might just want to wait and save for a good brand like Greddy or something of that nature. Turbo can sometimes cause problems with older cars even without cheaper parts. but hey just my two cents, you might be fine.
nah im sure the turbo will work fine as long as i have a oil feed restrictor for it....
