f**k that, i told the guy if he didnt fix this that i would take him to civil court (that was yesterday). so today he called me up and told me to go to a body shop close by to get an estimate. so i did that. (that was at like 1:45 today). it is now 5:05 and i just got a call from the guy that broke my lip saying that if i dropped off my car to the body shop on monday morning then they would patch it up and color match it. all of this without a penny coming out of my pocket. THAT MY FRIENDS IS HOW YOU HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS!

^^^ what he said. if you still decide to let them do that then you might want to make DAMN sure that they take it off the car before they attempt to re-spray it. most shops will try to nigga rig it while it's still on the car and get overspray everywhere.
