I can't keep up with this! As always, good stuff ;)
I'm moving extra slow now since I'm not only replacing/repairing minor things that bug the hell out of me but also making some big changes in the process. I've just been quiet about what I'm doing so that there's not much hype as I get things going.

If you build it, drive it until you break it and then rebuild it...and here I am rebuilding.

Some heat discoloration and a crack for good measure. I think they are done.

It's called dirt, it's not like the car has a nice paint job to begin with lol. It was raining on and off during that time when I replaced the discs. I still daily drive, just didn't try to clean the car for a boring update.

Here's another update that should get overlooked by a lot of people

Very sleek valve cover. And yes, I noticed the raised "Honda" lettering, which is a very nice custom touch.

Some moves that I don't plan to finish anytime soon.
What's the status on the rims?

Still collecting 16's. I have money going everywhere so it takes forever, plus the wait when I do order a wheel. Not balling enough to buy them all and don't want to build a car on credit. So I'm playing the waiting game. Got my second baby on the way, so I'm making super slow progress

Still though, your build is incouraging me to continue on my ej8. A lot has been replaced on my coupe in the year and a half that I've owned it thanks to your build bro.

That's awesome. Keep it up. The patience with building or piecing together the car is still tough, but I don't have any regrets doing it this way.

Yeah, I thought it was going to be a close race with that guys setup. The evo 10 following puts out 600.

I ran that mazdaspeed3 from a 20 roll once and it was no contest and my tires are s**t right now.

Thanks. Now that I've got my inner s**t talk out of my system for those K guys who bench race about parts and hype up their tune, I'll post a bigger graph



The car has nasty power in it. The only change made was dropping the apexi ws2 catback exhaust. That's it. No tuning at all. Another thing to note is that not only did power not drop off, but this pull was only to just under 7000rpm and was already 16whp over the previous setup.

The car is over 250whp WITHOUT a k20 head, stock cams,no e85 fuel, no rsx-s oil pump, no nitrous, nothing bigger than oem injectors, a stock runner and stock plenum rbc, and the header that's supposed to be a stupid design and non functional, and a throttle body that is claimed to be too big for a stock engine. So I reached my original goal with the car! Yay me,...or naw? Lol

I hope more people can contribute to actually testing and tuning instead of spreading words that things just don't perform.

I love how you're willing to shell out the cash for all of the dyno testing and tuning in order to dispel the myths out there. Somebody has to do it.
