we use AutoCAD 2006 --- but its crazy expensive....

my dad uses a much easier program, called Chief Architect, which costs MUCH less.....

honestly though, im sure either of them could be found for download ---- but i in no way condone those actions AutoDesk (the parent company for AutoCAD) takes that crap SERIOUSLY --- they will bust you down if they find out

I use autocad 2006 as well but what about archi-cad, i dont use it but it gives you a good impression of what the house will look like, you can even drop the house onto a pic of the site so you get a real good idea of the job.

Create new blank layer, paint it black, and go carefully with the fading-edges eraser on 50% opacity & 50% flow
