Ok, so it looks like my best option at this point is to go with the Greddy kit, the price isn't bad at all, but I want an intercooler and it isn't included with it. What intercooler kit should I go with?

well I finally found the greddy intercooler kits but now I'm confused, intercoolers aren't my expertise. They offer two different ones for my car, one is a type 24 core, and the other is a type 31 core. I can't find the difference between the two. One says lg next to it, the other says std, so I'm guessing the type 24 is a larger, higher flow unit based on the lg rating, but the descriptions say the same thing, the difference in price is $200

hmm no one said you cant get to big of one, but if you get one to big then you have to cut s**t to make it fit and with the type 31 i think it fits perfect on an ex with no modifications needed. But then again i dont know anything i have only lurned from three people whear on clubcivic.

yeah, I've seen people cut the front grills out and some of the plastic around it to fit bigger intercoolers in, but they off both the type 24 and type 31 in kits for my car, 92-95 EX/Si. If it fits one it should fit the other. I don't know, I'll try and find someone that has the type 24, I knew it was larger, but I wonder how much difference it will make. If it isn't much I'll just go for the type 31 if its going to cause me less trouble, plus its less by $200

Thats what I thought and I found some other informations saying to use the type 31. I'd like to have the Turbonetics Drag kit with the included intercooler but its like $1000 more than going this route

Buy a different manifold if you get the drag kit. That manifold is s**t. Worst wastgate placement ever.

I'll be getting the Greddy kit if I decide not to piece my setup together. Does the Greddy kit have any problems like that?

like what sound streamin' said about the manifold that comes with the drag kit, I've heard that before about the drag kit, but I've never heard anything bad about the turbo kit from Greddy, I didn't know if anyone had found any problems of design like this with the Greddy kit
