if you're too poor to buy a hondata, the Jackson Racing VPAC is pretty nice for a reasonable price. Better than the apexi ones.....just big ass indiglo clocks.

-eran out.

I had the type 24 on my 97 civic and I had to remove the front bumper support beam to get it to fit correctly. I did have the b18c1 in it so it may differ from the d16. I would go with the 31 to start. If you were to go Greddy that is. I would personally go for the JG Edelbrock COMPLETE kit. JG is very reputable and they are of high quality. If you want to go FI, do it the right way and don't short yourself in any way. I was running AEM EMS and that thing kicked ass. I got mine for $1000 and sold it to a friend for $850 after running it on my car for about a year. Only problem is finding a shop that actually knows how to tune. Take tuning into $$$$consideration$$$$, that is the best advice I think anyone can give you when upgrading. Tune, tune and tune, until it runs perfectly. My car can be found here http://www.clubcivic.com/board/showthread.php?t=1999

Yeah its also for B seriies motors i dont even know why i mentioned it, but that 1200 more is more then wurth it greddy kit will give you around 160 hp give or take a few that will put you around 300 or so. Power aint cheap.

yeah no kidding its not cheap, you get what you pay for and you pay for what you can afford. I'll just have to find a happy medium and upgrade it as I go

haha the edelbrock kit is not smog legal buddy...if that matters to you...

I got the GReddy kit, and I am not gonna use any of the smog legal parts...I just bought it for the carb #

I'm guessing they do it in bigger cities but I'm in a small town of just over 9,000 people I don't think they require it in bigger cities around here, the closest ones being the Quad Cities and Peoria

the GReddy kit actually puts out more power and torque at the same boost levels.

GReddy > Edelbrock

yeah, I thought so considering the greddy kit starts at only 5 psi, I'd like to go that route for a number of reasons, the power for lower boost levels and and cost, more affordable than a number of other kits, including the intercooler kit I'll be buying along with it, also greddy
