It's gonna be loud, but the fact is that Turbo XS BOV's are pieces of crap. Anything BOV wise that uses hardware washers and a bedspring is less than ideal. There is no telling how many washers you are going to need, but I would say start with 3 and go from there. It's going to suck if you plan on building to boost more, because the Turbo XS BOV's don't like high psi applications.
I dont mean to rain on your parade, but you definitly should have opted for something reputable like an HKS SSQV, or a Tial BOV.

well make sure you tell us how it pulls when you get it tuned, i would love to hear details 
lol i know all about the ebay special (blow off valve) and i had the option of the HKS for the same price. im not gonna be able to up more than 8 anytime soon anyways.D Grade said:

Seriously, you guys need to check out Tial BOV's:
They run about $200-$250 and are the best BOV on the market, PERIOD. They run a 50mm valve which is larger than any valve used on any other BOV on the market (besides the HKS Racing Type-II which also used a 50mm). They are a very active at releasing at mid-partial throttle loads since the valve is so large, so you get the über l33t studder sound. At WOT, its one of the pimpest BOV's I've personally heard. A nice clean, crisp release that sounds like a snap of a whip. The Tial is huge in the DSM game and I was set on getting one for my '92 Talon TSi until I found a good deal on a used HKS Racing Type-II:

I chose it over the Tial because it is recirc'able unlike the Tial. Didnt need to worry about recirculating though, since I used a MAFT on my DSM. Just wanted it incase I wanted to roll sleeper style. I also got a good deal on it, used, from a MKIV Supra owner for $200 (unlike the $400 new they are).

Well bj, if you would have read some of the thread..... you would have noticed that a video was just posted showing a bunch of BOV'S, and we were all talking about the ones we liked in the video, and i chose the HKS bc it had a nice whistle...bj said:

lol i never heard anything bad about a delta wastegate until it was put on my car, and then people were like "omg, delta wastegate, those suck" lol....we have an HKS too but it's my boys now so i dunno if he'll let me swap him or what not.
