No, it's not his, as he stated. And it's an S2K wheel....

well the clock as you see can be fitted in the slot next to the radio,
there is a Grey plug 4 pin in every civic car behind the centre trim ,well here the plug is blue in color which comes with the wiring harness with clocks, it need to be installed by a professional.

i should sell my climate control unit in my car to the guys on the IS300 forum...it reads in celcious instead of farenheight. lol
