a few things i was wondering......

1) do you have any closer engine shots? I'm curious about something on the mugen header and the brackets its supposed to have for a heatshield... can you take a closer shot? please?

2) kinda weird to have a borla on an s2k... hows it sound? its custom right? never heard of borla making s2k exhausts? from the picture it looks like tips? is it a catback? im curious of how it was welded to fit.. ?

3) toda doesnt make braces.. rear or an x as far as i've seen... a good brace is one made by Muz.. good 4 point welded brace, not the X style like spoon which makes it hard for oil changes...

4) the spoon 4 pot monoblock calipers only come in spoon blue.. red would have to be painted yourself... which would jus ruin a nice set of spoon calipers imo.. you would also need spacers depending on your front wheels offset....

5) for exterior (if you keep the car), you should finish up the Cwest kit... the sides and rears would really help the look of your car... as far as your description, the hood you have is the J's Racing style hood

i noticed when i checked it out one day that it looks like a regular header. like oem. i was curious to see what the difference is between mugen and dc or whoever else makes s2k headers, but it still has a heatshield and everything, kind of a waste of money to buy something nice and cover it up.

for the calipers, i asked if he was ever gonna change out the brakes, and he told me maybe new rotors, but that depends if he's able to get the red calipers spoon is coming out with. only wants red to match the car

and you probably wont be seing him on here that much for a while because his dad (after just getting through with a brain tumor surgery) now has prostate cancer. they're flying up to minnesota (why that far i have no clue) to have it checked out. i dont think hes selling the s2k anymore. was selling it for 30, changed his mind, then thought about selling again, and changed his mind the second time because "there's just too much money put in it"

The reason he is going to MN is because they have one of the best, if not the best, hospital in the country.... The name of it escapes me....

ahhh.. family issues.. bummer. yea the car would be the last thing on my mind too if my family had health probs...

as for the headers... they definitely do look different... no where near stock.. bigger diamater tubing, and even the heatshield that only comes with a mugen looks different too..

and where did you guys get this information of red spoon calipers? never heard of such a thing... spoon stuff is colored that way because of the company cars... unless they're switching from the whole yellow/blue theme to something else...

red calipers would be too much like brembos i really pray they dont release red calipers... it would kill the cool factor of the blue ones..

for question number two borla does make import exhausts, my friend has one on his wrx and its quite but yet has a sporty tone i like them alot.

1) i too would rather start from scratch, but theres 30-50K already invested so u see the deal im getting
2) its red. its a sports car. insurance is a b***h im sure
3) its a convertible. im not a big fan of convertibles, but some are an exception. this is one of them
