Both of my civics are set up to have the foglights on with only the parking lights on. Looks awesome. But unfortunately I have the information saved on a CD which is in storage. I'll try to search for the file, but if I have no luck your going to have to wait til August to get it.
If by chance you do find the info yourself. One thing you have to remember is when you turn off your car you have to turn off the foglights. The reason why is that when you go unlock or lock the doors (which causes the parking lights to blink) the overload of energy will cause the a fuse to blow or even short circuit your foglights. I just thought you should know.
