The 2005 onward? Not that I can remember from driving them.

Are you fan of the fox body style Mustangs?

rey that is tempting, can you vouch for their maintenance as a car though? like i told greg earlier i have always believed that evos required a lot of maintenance and broke easly...

jason, the only mustangs that i have ever really loved are the old 60s-70s bodies but as a daily drive i fear they would not fair well. i know a few of you guys got onto the fox body style but i never really took to them as my evil step mother had one, ever sense that day i have not found many that i would call my own.

ah i hate foxbody, the one i mentioned was a gt style, but i hate them too. i think i just hate Ford in general. i screw up at a dodge dealership. speaking of. what about a srt-4? they are fast, cheaperish, and pretty damn reliable. but any car is reliable when you take care of it, except a cadillac catera

oh and the members name is 98civB18 and pretty much any nicer car like that is higher maintenance. but you should be on top of that anyways lol

I know just as many people with evo's as civics. They have never had any problems with them. When I get a better job that is what I am going to get. It is a car that the family can fit in and as well as have some fun in to. Also the awd would be a great benefit for the winter also.

I think about Porsche's when I eat, sleep, and have sex.

im sorry but ive always seen the foxbody as a piece of s**t body style.... and i dont know about you guys... but most mustangs around here are the foxbody... and most of them look like complete rundown s**t. there probably 3 in town here that look nice and sound nicer. the rest are of the 4 cyl type... and just complete rust buckets. i have a friend even with a 2002 mustang... and it is a complete piece of run down broken s**t. the doors wont close properly anymore... and the windows are stopped from rolling down with a screwdriver stuck i nthe window and interior panel.

i like mustangs... but i like nice ones. i laugh at anyone who has a beat up mustang... just the way i am i guess.

another car i think a few of you are over looking.... the SRT4.

i know alot of us just look at it as... a Neon.. but lets face the facts a little... the SRT4 is a completely different car drivetrain wise.... then the original neon counterpart. and the only problems you really ever saw out of neons were bad paint... that was early on... and failing engines and transmissions. the neon my family owned... was a 96.. and went 185000 miles till it decided to die. as early as 75000 miles we started to notice problems... it had the radiator replace because it rusted out at 82000 miles... and had since never recovered from problems. another radiator was needed after a tree took it out at 120000 miles.. and the head gasket went at 150000..

anyway.. the SRT4 is just a different car... and im sorry to say that if the proper deal came along... i would buy an SRT4. i have kids... and personally an SRT4 would doo all i needed... it had 4 doors... and alot of power. my 2.5RS now is a 2000... its pretty effin quick. and its all stock. but it lacks the L.A.T.CH hook ups i need for the car seats...

my civic had the LATCH... but it was a coupe... it was very difficult to put the kid in the back. and at the time it was turbo.

enough ranting...

I don't like the stance look, I have yet to see a car that I think it looks good on. Just me though. But seriously.....huge rims, so low that it hurts handling.........just as pointless as rice.
