Warning! - Andys Autosports.
I live in Denmark, and just ordered $1818.99 parts from them, they then promised me before I went true with the order that they would take of 50% on the invoice that was send with the parts, then I would not have to pay over 30% in customs. They would then send me the real invoice by post.
But it turned out they didn’t do that, and now I have to pay $790.98 to get my parts at customs. They even send it to the wrong airport, so i hade to pay to get it shipped to my door. But nothing I can do about that now.
The service is great until they get you’re money, then they just read you’re mail, and don't answer back, I’m really disappointed with them!

To top it off, the send me the f**k#¤ wrong front and back bumper, the back one is for a 2/4 door, not for a HB, and the front one is not for the 99-00. How stupid do you have to be to ship the wrong parts to the other side of the world, and not double check? Let’s se what they are going to do about it, I’m not paying for shipping all the way back to the US.

Well, ass expected no one answered any mails after that. So after 2 days, I wrote to the boss and told him the whole thing. He then said he could take care of it, and then the person who i placed the order with freaks out, and sends me a mail. Its all about how she has undercut there own prices to meet there price-matching special. And how much time she has spend answering my mails, because when calculated against here hourly wage the company has actually lost money on this deal.
Now hold you’re horses, how can you blame the customers for you’re own price-matching special? (They didn’t even match any prices, because the told me they would lose money).
And the reason why there were so many mails written back and forth, was to make sure that nothing got f**ked up. They will lose even more money now, that they have to ship all new parts half around the globe, and have the wrong stuff shipped back home.

Well, I haven't hear a word from the boss since, and he hasn’t answered my mail about when I will get my BuddyClub bumpers that fit my car. So if anyone could call or drive by Andys for me, I would be very grateful!

Still, nothing, and he does not answher back. I send him a mail the 06.16.04, and he gave me this stupid replay.
Me: "Hi Eric. So, what's the status on the parts? Have you shipped me the right stuff or what's going on? Answering e-mails don’t seem to have a big priority. Would be nice to know when I could expect the things I ordered."
Eric: "Dennis, the best I can offer you is to fulfill your order. With all due respect, I will not be able to babysit you. When your order goes out, I will email you tracking information."

(7.16.04) The girl Sonya who took my order, told me that the manager Eric would be out of the office until Monday the 7.19.04, but that she was sure that he will take care of the problem as soon as he returned, as he hade assured her he would. But surprise, surprise still nothing, and he doesn’t answer my mails.

It has been one month and still no parts. They keep telling that there distributor informed them that they will deliver by Friday, and that I can mail them for a tracking number Monday. Then they tell me that it have been delayed to next Friday and so on…. I mailed them several times for the tracking number, but they don't answer back.

They again moved my acount to another person, this time his name is Jalal.M @ jalalm@sbcglobal.net. They are just playing hot potato!

My parts are stuck at the airport in Copenhagen, and have been for 3 weeks now. They shipped the parts, so that I will have to pay all expenses here in Denmark, and that’s not right. Bax in Denmark called me up and told me this, and I informed Andy’s about this, and they have done nothing, they still believe, that I can just walk in there and get my parts for free. Bax here in Denmark then informed Bax in the US, and they have called Andy’s and left several messages, without anyone calling them back. I have even told Andy’s just to call Bax, to get all this solved fast but they haven’t done anything.
The thing I don’t understand is they shipped it Door-To-Airport, and I will have to pay to get my parts home. They also did this the last time, so why should I have to pay for that again again, when it was them that f#cked up the order.

My parts are still stuck in the airport in Copenhagen. Bax says the only way I can get my parts without having to pay $209 is if Andy's change the shipment to a door-to-door. Now Andy’s tells me that they want me to pay them $175 to get them to change it to a door-to-door. Now, hold on, why should I have to pay to get my replacement parts. The F#cked up my order, and now f#cked up the shipment. So they should pay everything till it's fixed!

Well, after like 4 weeks of calling Andy's every day, to get them to change the shipment to a door-to-door, I hade to pay my way out of it - They did nothing. The parts were shipped the wrong way, and were locked at customs in Copenhagen. Then Andy's wanted me to pay them $175 to change it to a door-to-door when is was there mistake to start with.
So I hade to pay $481,51 just to get my replacement parts! That’s not right!
So a BIG warning to everybody, don’t do business with Andy’s Autosports!
