Jason, thanks for your email. What exactly seems to be the problem? Whose order are you referring to? Regardless of the customer, we have no intent of anyone having an unpleasant experience with us, so I am eager to hear back from you in order to ensure any potential be resolved.

He spent a great deal of money (on the order of $2000), only to receive incorrect parts and poor customer service. His order numbers are 16052, 16053, 16054, and 16055. dang it man i hate when that s**t happens dude. especially on an order that big. nail their asses on the bumper of your car man. i'll copy that letter from steve and send it to them too. hope you get the right s**t soon bro.

Looks like all you’re guys help paid of. Got this mail from them last Friday.

Dear Dennis,
I apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused you. I was informed that you were not satisfied with our customer service. To be able to handle this problem to your benefit, I will personally handle your account. Again I apologize for the unfortunate circumstances you had to go through. I understand you received the wrong parts. I can offer you two alternatives. I can have our company ship out and fulfill the correct order or if you would like a full refund on the wrong parts, I can go ahead and take care of that also. I would like to best fit your needs, so just send me an email to myorder@andysautosport.com with what you would like to do. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

Yes we do, but it's mostly for german cars like Golf and s**t. And I hate the European style, its a bit to rice for my taste...
The parts you have in the US is so much better :D

Hey CC

I need you're help again. It has been one month and still no parts. They keep telling that there distributor informed them that they will deliver by Friday, and that I can mail them for a tracking number Monday. Then they tell me that it have been delayed to next Friday and so on…. I mailed them several times for the tracking number, but they don't answer back.

The person who is handling my order now is named Irene here direct mail is myorder@andysautosport.com

Nop. My parts are stuck at the airport in Copenhagen, and have been for 3 weeks now. They shipped the parts, so that I will have to pay all expenses here in Denmark (209 USD), and that’s not right. Bax in Denmark called me up and told me this, and I informed Andy’s about this, and they have done nothing, they still believe, that I can just walk in there and get my parts for free. Bax here in Denmark then informed Bax in the US, and they have called Andy’s and left several messages, without anyone calling them back. I have even told Andy’s just to call Bax, to get all this solved fast but they haven’t done anything.
The thing I don’t understand is they shipped it Door-To-Airport, and I will have to pay to get my parts home. They also did this the last time, so why should I have to pay for that again again, when it was them that f#cked up the order.

damn, that blows dennis. at this point i would say cut your losses and get ur parts shipped over...
