I filed a BBB complaint today! And check this out.

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau. Specifically, our records show a pattern of non-response to consumer complaints as well as a pattern of unresolved complaints brought to its attention by the Bureau.


The company's size, volume of business, and number of transactions may have a bearing on the number of complaints received by the BBB. The complaints filed against a company may not be as important as the type of complaints, and how the company handled them. The BBB generally does not pass judgment on the validity of complaints filed.

The following data concerns complaints processed by the BBB since the firm's file was opened or over the last 36 months, whichever is less. Andy's Autosport has had 59 complaints. 1 was closed as Resolved. 4 were closed as Assumed Resolved. 2 were closed as Unresolved. 2 were closed as Administratively Judged Resolved. 50 were closed as No Response. Of these complaints: 6 were concerning Selling Practices. 2 were concerning Advertising Issues. 7 were concerning Service Issues. 6 were concerning Credit or Billing. 18 were concerning Delivery Issues. 14 were concerning Refund Practices. 6 were concerning Product Quality.

That place has customer service problems, i dont think they have ever heard the saying" the customer is always right" Good luck with your transaction

Yep, paid with credit card. They take you’re money before they order the parts because they don't have any money and don't have any parts in stock. I paid when I ordered and that’s 2 month ago now, think it's to late to cancel the payment.

Come on CC members, help me out here. Can't do this alone all the way from Denmark :headbang:

It doesn’t work like that here in Denmark. I have a VISA true my bank, and I don't think that they can call back the money transfer. But will give it a try…

I'm working on the legal actions also. But i know they are just thinking "screw the guy from Denmark, he's so far away anyway" So if anyone could call them or go by the shop for me.

Here is the email I sent and their response so far....I played it up a lil to try and get a favorable response..

My name is Jason, I am owner of DredwerkZ Computer Systems in New York. I am emailing you because of a problem that has come to my attention. I have a friend, his name is Dennis and he is from Denmark. He recently has spent over $1800 ordering parts from you and has had nothing but problems with the parts AND with dealing with your company. I feel he is getting the run-around and is overall been treated poorly. I belong to a large import car community online, and I brought this issue to their attention. The result will be a temporary boycott of your store and website until the problems have been resolved.

Jason, thanks for your email. What exactly seems to be the problem? Whose order are you referring to? Regardless of the customer, we have no intent of anyone having an unpleasant experience with us, so I am eager to hear back from you in order to ensure any potential be resolved.
