GIVE ME YOUR SPRINGS AND ILL GIVE YOU MY LOWERED ONES lol

I really like the new rims though, they tie everything together really well. It's time to paint that valve cover son! I'm hoping to get mine powder coated soon, but I can't decide on a color
Valve cover is in the works soon, just need a day for it so it will dry, I need to get up earlier than my son & pull it off, clean old paint, mask off then paint, I want to do 2 light coats the a final coat, let dry for 3-4 hours & reinstall. are your springs 2.5 & 2.0, just need to know because it may be a possibility, I'll keep it in mind.

meh not worth powder coating. You dont even need high temp on honda valve covers. i used regular paint over a year ago and it hasnt chipped or flaked off at all. You can use a high temp silver base though and it wont hurt. This opens up way more options for painting
Powder coating is awesome looking & can be very vivid, but I have my color picked out already so I'm going with blue I am already using, I want a decepticon stencil & paint it on the valve cover in red or black but need to find a good stencil online.

Yea, why wouldn't it be? LOL! it had one rear accident in 98 according to carfax but other than that nothing. I took it to autozone for them to test my car & everything came back all good & I now have a working CEL that's not currently throwing codes, life is good there.

That beauty washer diy looks pretty good IMO. adds a little bit more color but not to much.

I know I'm a geek so here is is, the center caps, did it myself

I took off the old caps, cleaned them & painted them honda black, bought some vinyl decepticon center cap emblems 1.5 inches in diameter & stuck those on after the paint dried.

the diy colored washers are easy, I got the stuff to do it like a month ago but with the work coming up under the hood I figured I should wait on installing them. just make sure you get the metal cast paint so it doesn't lose it's "metal" look

those rims and headlights are so much better now! great progress, keep it up!
Thanks, I'm really liking it too.

Just put clear coat on the center caps, need to put 2 more coats on them & they will be ready to put back on the wheels, or do you guys think I should wait till my car gets painted to put them back on, might be a month before that happens. I'll post pics when the clear dries.

Thanks! I'm going to find some other stuff to paint as well, just need more time to do it, seems I'm always busy with home stuff & life in general, got a lot done in a little over a month since I bought the car.

Here are the caps clear coated.

What they would look like on the rims

A little blurry I know but you can tell they look like they are embossed with the logo

Painted my rear rotors today

I also installed a new fuel filter, gas mileage was bad after I put the techron in my tank & it really needed to be changed.

I was originally going to get honda logos to put there but I love me some transformers & I had to give some decepticon love, they will look good when I put them on, might wait till it's painted first.
