that wing is so damn ugly.
try and find the J's racing slip on spoiler... its rare and looks better.
I dislike the slip on spoiler. Different strokes for different folks.
Well here is today's update. I stopped by Honda and picked up my parts and bought a few other pieces while I was there. Weird part was that they had the parts in stock.
Here is a quick pic of the smaller items I picked up. They are the parts to rebuild the wiper motor assembly and some more hardware and some hondabond for future builds. I always try to have that stuff on hand since I don't use cheap off brand sealant.
New hardware for the bottom of the mirrors. I knew I had to be a little clever since you can't buy these particular pieces of hardware without buying the entire mirror. But I knew that they looked strikingly similar to the hardware that holds on the plastic to the steering column right under the key cylinder. Turns out they are the same if you want some for your build.

A little info about the clips that hold in the rods is that you can't buy them without buying the rods also. They are only like $17 each so no big deal and they add a nice contrast. But the stranger part is that they had them both in stock. But they said they probably fit many other vehicles.
Here is a pic of the color of the mirrors with and without flash just because.
And the big piece of the day is my OEM rear bumper. Remember my Grandpa ran into my other one with his truck. No bueno. Notes about this piece was that it was wrapped very well, and I've opened a lot of bumpers in my day.
And my next project is painting a factory usdm spare tire to make it look like the putrid yellow-brown color that the jdm ones are. A quick before:

just read through this whole thread! about an hour later i am so inspired! cant wait to see the finish product!
Well here's today progress. It took a while but I got some paint on those pieces.

went from page one to 36 in about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and needless to say, yet another VERY CLEAN build, im excited to see the final product, good job so far bro
Yeah it all looks pretty good. Tomorrow I'll try to get some blocking done tomorrow on the doors.
Well I really didn't do much today but something is better than nothing. What I did was cut the tape around the vents and unmask the holes then installed the lip hopefully permanently lol.

Couldnt have said it any better myself! Cant wait to see this thing done man!
Well tomorrow I'll install the J's duct and do a small amount of buffing to the bumper and lip. I still have to paint the bumper plugs and put them in I'm Soooo not wanting to prime and block the rest of the car. But since paint is the last and biggest hurdle I need to be jumping that shiz.
bumper looks great man. hope the paint lays as well on the chassis!
If it doesn't I've cut and buffed over 1000 cars easily. I've got a little buffer time under my belt.
Nah I've been sick and out of work for 2 days. I'm gonna install the duct when I go back to work.
