well update the car went to another body shop and was looked at and they can fix it. so shes going back to the body shop for 6 week and 10,000 dollors later she will be like new.

nan the insurence is gonna cover it sence they didnt want to give me a good price for the car. we asked if we could take it to another shop to look at it. and ill be keeping it if i get it fixed

Ouch. I know how big of a b***h AWD is in the rain. Perhaps why I'll never own another AWD car again. Mine ended up in a culvert about 20 ft off the road because of it. No major damage but it scared the s**t out of me. I had it for about 2 months, the water splashed up all in the engine bay so there was smoke going EVERYWHERE!!! I thought it was bedtime for the motor haha I don't get it though it's like it grabs just right and you just keep on going with no control over which direction you're going or how fast you want to get there. Like the car takes control over everything.

What's wrong with AWD + rain? I never seem to have a problem...

lol yea man its a little diffrent from fwd and rwd.. idk.. when u get sides it like stay sideway. and i got some sucky as fusizon tires so that didnt help

It is until you get sideways. That's why so many of them end up in ditches. They sort of become uncontrolable. RWD you just keep on the gas and drift out of it... not that way at all in AWD.

it's not that it's uncontrolable. the problem is the unpredictability.
