that and the fact that you don't have understeer to save ur ass any more. every movement during cornering has to be good, smooth, and accurate. there are only two ways out after getting sideways... 1) you slide/spin/crash to a stop... or 2) you power out of it.... and boy does it take balls to give it WOT when you're not sure just exactly how the car will react. that said, first snow with the subie this winter was both fantastic and terrifying.

It is uncontrolable when your slamming the brakes, turning to the left and the car is accelerating and still turning to the right haha
I feel ya on having balls though. That's the biggest problem nubbins have with drifting is keeping on the gas cause if you let off, you're sliding right into that wall

lol, it took me a while to get used to the car not immediately decelerating after letting off the throttle when fully spooled

I remember getting in a little situation in the rain once while driving my car.

I was on a highway around 2-3am returning home from my lady's house. 3 lane highway, I was in the far right after getting on ramp, a few cars (getting out of the club) were in the far left and middle. I chill in my lane, and about 3 exits up, there's a speeding car getting on ramp. I did my calculations, and at the speed I'm driving at (60mph) with his speed, it would mean contact. Well, I let off the gas, and wow at the same time happen to hit this nasty bump in the road, and immediately I downshift (into 4th at like 45mph), and silly me just happen to touch the throttle just a bit, felt the car slighty slide to the left. I noticed the car in the middle lane RIGHT NEXT to me, I pull to the right just a little with a little acceleration, and all hell just broke loose. Now I'm squirming around in the far right lane with the car coming on ramp just 200ft in front of me or so.

*So I think back after reading about driving conditions and AWD, they say, just give it some gas. While in 4th, I gave it somewhat half throttle, and FLEW to the right around the car that was getting on the highway. I managed to pull some to the left just enough to get back onto the highway (was in the service lane), still on throttle, I try to fix myself straight, and luckily for me I caught traction. Wiped off my sweat and continued driving home.

That was like day 3 of having my car... lulz.
