I think it depends on what generation. 5th gen hatches look better than the coupes, but 6th gen coupes look better than hatches.

Ya I noticed that. 6th gen coupe vs 5th gen hatch. Most likely if its a coupe, it would be an EM1. Found a couple cheap ones. I think there was one for $3,000 and all it need was new front ball joints.

I went with an LX hatch because it was lighter than the GT.. not to say if i found a really clean GT i would not have gone for it..

LX hatch if you can find it..

oh wait.. sorry..

Haha, well that hatch seems to be the only reasonably priced Civic. I could lower it down about a few hundred dew to the body and what not. Plus, I would be saving money so I could work on fixing it and stuff.

He's talking about Mustangs

When I get a Fox Body again, it will be a GT, with an LX rear bumper.

go with what you like more, i got a my 93 coupe because i like the looks better than the hatch but it what you think looks best in your eyes and what you feel you can mod better and what not...if im not mistaken the hatches weigh a little less but im not posotive on that if you are going to track car and are serious about it, im going autox but still felt the coupe looks better..what years you lookin at ?

I was looking for a 6th gen coupe or a 5th gen hatch. I'm really feeling that hatch but don't most of them have SOHC engines?

yeah but its not like you cant swap it out, plus if you do a swap and buy it from a well known site you know it wouldnt be all f***ed up and i found a b16 with tranny, axles, motormounts, ac, power sterring, basically everything for like 2100 with roughly 40,000-60,000

CDubs, I know this is the Off-Topic section, but you REALLY need to work on keeping threads on topic. You go off-topic in everyone you post in.

Well it kinda ties together with the whole car thing, but if you feel that this thread is going off topic than ok. CDubs you are helping. I asked so it was me who was going of topic.

He is helpful, don't get me wrong, he just tends to take a thread into a completely different direction. PM him if you want to continue to keep your conversation up.

Alrighty, will do. Anyway, does anybody think that $1,600 is a good price for that hatch. If not, how low would you suggest I should go on it?
