wifey made some mixed-green's salad w/ grilled chicken breasts last week....tried my hand at some home-made salad dressing....turned out so-so (considering it was my first try...it was definatly edible  ) it was basically olive oil, a little vinegar, some grey poupon mustard, salt/pepper, all whisked together in a bowl...

dont know the exact measurements, i just poured a little of each (more olive oil than vinegar though) into the bottom of my bowl...whisked, then added the salad and tossed

I know. :P

When I think of gravy, I think of turkey gravy or biscuts and gravy. Y'all mean sausage and meat sauce right?

Easy Bacon and Egg cheese bake

1 lb of bacon (fried or baked)
8 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1 tbsp of dry mustard
green onions (chopped)
5 slices of bread
Lotsa shredded cheddar cheese

Toast bread and cut off crusts, then line bottom of greased casserole with the bread slices.

Put already cooked bacon on top of the bread. Top with half of cheese.

Pour egg, Milk and Mustard mixture all over... evenly.

Top with rest of cheese then sprinkle green onions on top.

Bake at 300 for 45 minutes.

Baking it right now, smells so good. Plus rum punch left over from last night is ftw.
