It HAS to have hardener in it..?
u still haven't told me what kind of primer you're using bro! I never used hardner in primer just reducer or use lacquer thinner only if u are using Hi prime primer. U use hardner for flats or to make satin base coats or if your using Kustom SHop paint or House of Color they need branded hardner for they're 2k primer. Yes mixing primer is vital especially if using 2k if not done right even after wet sanding it may cause the paint to raise or crack or even fish eye, that is y it should have a specific mixing ratio on it.It HAS to have hardener in it..?
Thanks braheeemyea dat is y u could prime outside if u want to it supposse to dry fast that lets u know that it is mixed right. But make sure if u not in a paint booth when spraying that u have exhaust air and the area is super clean and i wont buff the entire new paint until a 3-6 month period let the paint cure unless u have a paint booth. I know it's ugly to see hella runs but trust me let it cure first then wet sand/buff i've seen so many tight paint jobs have stupid flaws because of burnt buffed spots and dry spots and don't talk about orange peel, but hit me back up when u getting ready to clear that bia!
