The Rsx is his and the SI is his gf's im on clubrsx too I like the new SI but i just prefer the styling of the Rsx much better.
That's quite the car for a girl (j/k). I definitely like both cars, but If I had to choose between the two, and I did (put a deposit down on a Habenaro Red w/Nav. 06 Si.) I'd pick the Si. Don't get me wrong I'd love to have a RSX type S, but I'm not a hatch fan and I think the styling is a little bland. That's just me...

this is exactly what has been said about the 7th gen, and now it has grown on a lot more people... like the post after you says, just give it some time... when they're modded, more than likely you'll be jockin ;)

Hey guys, I was told to check out this site by another member. Thought I'd join up. Glad to see I already have my pics posted up, ha ha! I am the guy with the Tafetta White Si. I bought it about 2 weeks ago, sold my 2005 RSX-S for it. So far I have not regret the decision. I enjoy driving the Si much more for my daily commute and around town. Hopefully she won't let me down this race season either. I'll probably take it to the strip a few times, but without a doubt I can tell this car is all about handling and hope to have good times with her out at the local SCCA.

Oh well, glad to be a part of the site! =) Hope to become more active. I installed the OEM fogs yesterday and I did a big write up install guide that I will post up now.

Here is what they look like installed:

BTW, immediate plans include tinting the windows 20% all around, dropping it on the HFP suspension, and picking up a nice set of 18's. I dunno what kind yet, I'm sort of split between several styles and colors (bronze or gunmetal?). But I have until spring before I can do anything anyhow so plenty of time to think! =)

I'm flipping between Enkei RSV, Volk TE37, and a few other styles. Here is a quick chop of what a friend of mine did.

when i was in weston for the s2ki meet sunday, i checked out the honda dealer and saw they had 2 si's, 1 silver and 1 almost a desert silver :what:, and then another silver drove by. they seem pretty nice so far, just gotta wait for my friend to get his already so i can test it out

The first thing I would do with one of those is pull the spoiler. That seems to be the only thing holding it back from total sleekness.

it grows on you after a bit. it looks much better in person actually. but what I'd really like to do is swap a tafetta white EX trunk lids. the EX has that little lip spoiler (similar to 05/06 RSX-S) I think would look real classy.

Welcome to Clubcivic! Yeah i took the liberty of posting your pics, they were really well done. I told you that in your thread in member show-off on CRSX too. I would say go with gunmetal, then again i aint one really into the bronze look.

Enkei RSV and Volk TE37 are two very different wheels. =)

oh I know... I just don't know what style I'm really wanting at this point so all I've been doing is half-assed chops in the meantime. I've never bought aftermarket wheels before, I've always like the OEM ones, but I don't care for these at ALL, so I really don't know what to get now.
