he sent me a picture of the kit..... everything is brand new but on ebay it clearly stated that it would not include an intercooler but in the picture there was an intercooler there

ebay is hit and miss, i payed big money for things off ebay and when i got them they are everything and more than what i expected, but on the other hand i've done the same thing and the stuff thats arrived is s**t. but what can i say i'm a gambling man, if i were you i would have probably brought it by now and dealt with the problems later

haha its weird the original kit did not come with an intercooler but supposevly he took a picture of it and now this kit has an intercooler... i emailed him back and asked him about it and he hasn't replied

i finally got everything strengtend out.... his friend has the turbo kit and the intercool but is selling the intercooler seperate.... he offered me a 100% money back on everything though and its through paypal so if one little thing is missing i can return it and get all of my money back

Dude it's not that easy, you cant just ship it back. paypall has to do an investigation to find fault, and even if they find him at fault you're still not garaunteed your money back... situations like this is what gives ebay a bad name... nothing about this transaction adds up yet you still believe everything he tells you... imo if this goes bad you have noone to blame but yourself.. if it goes through ok then you're lucky

Thats very true!!! its very easy to steal other peoples pics and say its yours!! i have a bad feeling about this and if i were you i would think twice before sending him any money!!

i'm a seasoned ebay vet... it doesnt work that way... he's lying to you.
there's a kid on here who spent $2k on a motor expecting the same protection you are... well paypal ruled in his favor but was sad to inform him they could not get him his $2k back.....
"i'm selling it for a friend" is a lie... it's used very very often... it's a great way to pass off mistakes in the lie... i'm half tempted to turn him into ebay just from what i've read in this post...

"The kit is not my kit. Im helping my friend sell it. Second, the kit is brand new, i've seen it at my friends house. Third, that is a picture of my friends kit because that is exactly what i've seen at his house. If your not satisfy a refund will be issued. It is my account im helping my friend sell with. If his item is not satisying my buyers then i will issue full refund. I don't want any negative feedback or any trouble with my account or credit.
