alright well it worst comes to worst all i do i return the box to him and paypal refunds me of my money..... so either way if something goes wrong or not i still get my money back it is not his choice.... if he doesn't give me what he's telling me he's giving me... then all i do is ship the item back and get a full refund.... whats there to lose?

it might work that way in the barney land you live in, but in reality it is much more complicated then that and even if you ship it back you only have a 50/50 chance of getting your money back through paypal... but if you get screwed dont come bitching on this site

no not true..... its not 50/50 i wish you new how the policies work on paypal... i my kit is missing anything or is different in the littlest way... I file a claim on paypal... paypal then emails the seller.... if the seller does not respond in a week... the money is instantly taken from his account and put back into mine.... trust me my brother has had that happend to him...

here is what he said I asked him why he did not leave a negative feedback and he said:

'i filed a non paying bidder strike to the guy to ebay. Im in the process of getting my listing final item value fee back which is about 10-15 dollars. A negative feedback would be the last thing i should be worried about leaving the person. And your correct everything included except intercooler."

okay lets say I do get ripped off and paypal does not send me the money or anything...... I could take him to court I have tons of emails he's sent me spefically telling me what I am getting he sent me a picture of it and everything.... he's been on ebay for over a year and not with 1 negative feedback.... he has 100% positive... your right its not his turbo... but he's a great seller and says it is the complete kit and if anything is wrong he will refund my money full refund that is.... its not that I don't care about your opinions on here its that I believe that I will be getting what I pay for... and I do have an out to get my money back

wow...... the story goes on still..... so I decided to question what was going on here so I emailed the winning bidder of his turbo kit that "supposevly never paid him" and I emailed him and here's what he said:

"hi.. please email me the link to the turbo kit. cause i believe the only kit the i was the winning bidder on.. i payed for about three days ago.. just so i make sure that he's takin my money and sellin you the same kit. and takin your money and sellin the same kit to someone else.."

this is getting weird...... i am very confused now and here's another email the seller of the turbo emailed me with:

"I havent relisted the item because im in the process of gettind my money back from my previous listing. Ebay policies, i told you many times already what you will receive and i will issue a refund otherwise. Now if you want me to relist it i will charge you 60 dollars extra which i will have to get in advance for insertion fee. I dont understand why ur going thru all the hassle. If i want to rip you off i can do it on ebay also. Now if you want to try to buy the kit from somewhere else you can do that. Check on ebay how much that kit retails for. Im giving you a break by making things simpler and do this thru paypal. If you want the kit i want payment by tommorrow MAX. If payment is not received by tommorrow i'll just relist it on bid status which im sure i would make a little more money than what im making now. In fact im actually losing money for selling this kit at this price. Take cares and hopefully we will have a transaction going soon."
